Return Refund Exchange Policy

Pre Orders Dropship Business Partners                                         

Jorand Inc offers our Pre Orders Dropship business partners purchasing, inventory control, and logistic services. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we are not be responsible for any third-party handlers, however, we will help as much as we can. All our dropship business partners are responsible to process their own returns, refunds, and exchanges, we understand that third-party companies (e.g. logistic company) can sometimes misplace an item, break an item, or have an unforeseen issue that is out of control. Therefore, we have the guideline as below:

Shipment of the Wrong Product:                                                     

All dropship partners must report to us within 7 day after received the package and provide pictures or videos of the wrong item, the outer box, and the shipping label. The processing between Jorand and our dropship partners will be:  
  1. Partial refund - If our dropship partner accepts a refund that is less than 30% of the item's cost (not including the shipping fees). We will calculate by monthly and credit on your next payment. No return will be needed.
  2. Return for an exchange – Once we have received the return, we will arrange another shipment directly to replace it with free of charge (the return item must be in restock-able condition, the original packaging and never used. If the item is not under good condition, we cannot issue an exchange).
  3. Return for a full refund – Once we have received the return, we will arrange a credit (the return item must be in restock-able condition, the original packaging and never used. If the item is not under good condition, we cannot issue credit).

Logistics damaged items / missing parts / lost packages:           

All damaged items, missing parts and lost packages are the responsibility of the third-party companies (e.g. logistic company). This is not something our company can control; however, we aim to assist our dropship partners with this problem. 

  1. Damaged items – Damage issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. All our dropship partners should provide pictures or videos for the damaged items. We will help to file a damaged package claim from the logistics company. Once the third-party (e.g. logistics company) approve of the claim, we can process a replacement or credit.
  2. Missing parts – Our staff will check all packages under well condition before they are sent. If for any reason to make parts missing by accident, we need to have our dropship partners approval to send the replacement and will need to charge your account.
  3. Lost Package – If the package is shown delivered to that address but was lost, we will help file a lost package claim from the logistics company. Once the third-party (e.g. logistics company) approve of the claim, we can process a credit or replacement.

RMA Service:                                                                                      

We offer certain services to assist our dropship partners. Listed below are the services we provide: 

  1. The return package – We only accept return package returns by shipping carrier Return to Sender (RTS) due to undeliverable address.
  2. Resend RTS return package shipping cost - All the resend packages will be charged the return shipping and reshipping cost.
  3. Besides the RTS package, any other reason returns to my warehouse. We will only destroy it (to avoid an extra cost inspect and repacking). And all these types of packages are No refund or Credit, Non-Negotiable.
